If you read one thing

Run lawful work on data you have the right to use. Never send content that sexualises minors, malware, or anything meant to harm people or systems. Never mark personal or confidential data shareable, and never try to reach, identify or harm the members whose computers run your jobs. We may stop a job or a team at once when these rules are broken.

Who you are dealing with

Atheron Network Inc.

01Who this applies to

Every team that uses Atheron Nebula, and everyone who uses a team's keys. It is part of our terms of service.

02Never allowed

  • content that sexualises minors, in any form, which we report to the authorities;
  • malware, crypto mining, or code meant to break out of a sandbox, reach a network, or read files it was not given;
  • data you have no right to use, including other people's personal information collected without a lawful basis, and material that infringes someone else's rights;
  • work meant to harm people: weapons capable of mass casualties, targeting or tracking individuals, or harassment;
  • building a profile of people to deny them housing, credit, work, insurance or services without the review the law requires;
  • anything unlawful where you are, where we are, or where the work runs.

03Data you mark shareable

A job marked shareable runs on members' computers. Mark a job shareable only if its data is public or holds nothing personal, confidential or regulated, such as health, financial or government identity information. If in doubt, leave the job private: it then runs only on our hardware.

04The members who run your jobs

  • never try to find out who ran a shard, or to contact or reach a member's device;
  • never design a job to slow, damage or watch a member's computer;
  • never hide work inside a job that is not what the job says it is.

05Customer containers

When customer containers open, they follow all of the above and more: only images from verified businesses, scanned before they may run, with no network and no access to anyone's files. An image that tries to mine, call out, or escape is stopped, and the team that sent it is suspended while we look.

06Fair use of the service

Keep within your spend limit and the rate limits in the docs. Do not try to get around them, test our security without our written permission, or resell access to Nebula as your own service without an agreement with us.

07What we do

We check jobs automatically and look closer when something seems wrong. When a rule is broken we may stop a job, pause a team's keys, or close the team, and we tell you why unless the law or an investigation prevents it. Serious or repeated breaches end the agreement. We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.

08Report misuse
